Hi there, No, the MX Master 3S comes is not compatible with Unifying receivers.

Q: Did your newly arrived mx master 3s smells like an incense?

No, it did not have any scent at all. It was ordered as a single item and shipped by itself. There was no scent.

Q: Does the 'windows' version of this mouse (dongle) work with a mac specifically with the gesture control (mission control, switch application, etc)?

I use it with both devices and seems to work perfectly , although macros save on the computer, not the mouse
