Great for pre workout Carbs.
Great tasting Cherry flavor, not sugary at all. The majority of the time, I workout early in the morning in a fasted state so I need mostly Carbs to sustain weight training and an hour walk right after that. Depending on how I feel that morning, I'll use one scoop. If I'm a bit sluggish I'll consume two. Great product, I've purchased many times and it does exactly what I need it to do.

Great product. Flavor needs improvement
This is based on the cherry flavor. It taste like cough medicine. Next time i'm going back to watermelon flavor. The only way I can drink this, is mixing it with Xtend BCAA.

Great taste, recovery, and mixability. I am a big Karbolyn fan as well, but somehow I keep finding myself coming back to this product. Also during my workout I like to use an EAA supplement. Money well spent!

Terrible taste
Carb content is good, flavor is not. It's fine mixing it with a pre-workout but on its own in just water is terrible. Doesn't mix very well either and I find a clump of the powder floating all the time. Shaking it really hard several times will mix it up temporarily.
