Truly excellent SDR receiver - dont hesitate to buy
I've owned 3 Malachite/Malahite - the first 2 being very cheaply made, the plastic casings were ill fitting, the frequency encoder seized solid on one and the other the screen stopped working.*This version however is very well made from aluminium - it sits better on my desk - it already comes with official full version firmware installed so no stm32 programming required.It's a very sensitive receiver - as good as the best HF Transceivers are.Noise reduction is best I've ever heard - weak SSB transmissions sound as clear as FM.And best of all it was £70!!!!!I'd buy another but unsurprisingly they have sold out.
