I have longer fine naturally curly low porosity hair that is dry. Will this product help define and enhance my curl too?

I don't think so. I have short curly hair. It definitely added moisture but didn't define or enhance my curls. To be honest it weighed my hair down it is a very heavy product in my opinion

Can this product be used as a moisturizer for braids?

Not heavy enough... it’s pretty lightweight.
