I used these strips every day of my first week starting Keto and they do work. I got an easy read after 15 seconds of looking at my strip. What people need to keep in mind is that if your stick is dark plum it could mean you are dehydrated and need to drink a lot more water. I googled what the tones on the strip meant and the 3 variations of pink is where you want to be. The directions don't tell you much, but pink means your body is producing ketones and you are hydrated and that's about all you will need to know from reading the strip. The color of the strip will not guarantee you losing a lot of weight, but it merely tells you if your in fat burning mode. Don't get caught up; just stay in the pink!!

They are all bad off gray In color like they had been opened and exposed to air. The day we opened it appeared to be ok second day fine third day all bad and we keep it in a dark toilet closet so no sun no light no reason for this to happens other then if they were already bad. I had bought 2 before and they were good to the end. When you pay for 100 you want to use them not just 2 or 3 I looked for expectation date to see if they sent old ones and no the date said expires on 2020

Product contaminated and all keto sticks turned dark brown. At first I thought maybe a different product from what I'd used in the past but after use no change in color.
