Question 2

Accepted Answer

This B12 contains 80% methylcobalamin and 20% adenosylcobalamin. Other ingredients are: purified water and vegetable glycerin. Imo one of the best B12..

Question 3

What is the source of this B12 supplement to make methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin? From crystals or fermentation of micro organisms?

Accepted Answer

Fermentation of micro organisms. Good bacteria in your gut produce most of your body's supply of vitamin B12. The ILEUM, the final section of your small intestine, is the main center of this B12 absorption and production. Vitamin B12 is absorbed through the walls of your ileum via microvessels that are capable of absorbing B12, and nothing else. It's the B12 produced in the ileum that's most recognized by the brain. Enzymes prohibit any other toxin or nutrient from being absorbed by these ileum blood vessls, and thus block them from entering your bloodstream. Science has yet to discover this information. Question 4

how many mcgs in a serving?

Accepted Answer

Web site says "Serving Size: 1 ml ... Each Serving Contains 2,500 mcg, 41,667% DV". I think you can take less than "one serving" per day; otherwise you just piss it out. See https://www.vegansociety.com/resources/nutrition-and-health/nutrients/vitamin-b12/what-every-vegan-should-know-about-vitamin-b12 for discussion of requirements (10 mcg/day, so 2500 mcg will do for 250 days).
