Nice surprise โ Delicious Blackberries without the prickles!
Nice plant, perfectly packaged and arrived healthy with 6 emergent berries. Now in the soil and the berries are delicious. Theyโre tempting to eat while red, but wait for them to fully ripen to a mouth watering deep dark black. Absolutely delicious! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Pleasantly surprised
I bought 2 of these apache blackberry plants last summer. Surprisingly, they arrived healthy and hydrated. I planted them into 2 half barrel planters. It is now the 1st of June of the following year and I am getting large ripening fruit on one plant. We tasted them and the fruit is juicy and sweet. The 2nd plant is trying to flower and fruit, but looks a bit weaker. I wasn't expecting much the first year, particularly since I did nothing to the plants all year. I will fertilize this year and see what happens with the next crop. I had to cover the ripening plant to fend off the squirrels and birds.
