What are care instructions?

I buy this product for patients at my dialysis clinic. These can be machine washed and dried in the dryer.

Can you ahower with the belt on?

I never did. I don't think it's water proof. My experience with it is it holds the sweat so I think it will hold water very uncomfortable.

is it difficult to take off

Sometimes it would crinkle up under my belly. For the most part it was ok.
