Noticeable memory improvement
I began taking this supplement after reading on the overall benefits of Lion’s Mane. Ive been using other Nordic Naturals products for years as they produce high quality supplements and purified omega 3s. I have noticed improved memory with the Cognition, even though I’ve only taken 1/2 the recommended dose for the past several months. I will continue using it. Price on the Nordic Naturals store on Amazon is typically less than I find direct through the company even with a discount.

Works pretty well
Works ok. Right away I noticed some improvements, and perhaps I've gotten used to the effects. It Does seem to be working, just not as much as I'd expected.

Works Great
These worked great for my mom and my aunt who wanted it for memory and focus. They have been taking it for the past 4mths and it has been working great. More alert and focused. This has been their experience, and I have noticed my mother is more focused as well. May not work for everyone, but it worked them. The pills are a good size, so if you hard time swallowing big pills, it could be an issue. The flavor, did not notice. No after taste, so has been working.

Helps a lot
It took 30 days, but I do feel it's helped my memory for sure. I forget less now than before.

No Noticeable Effect, Perhaps It's Me
I took this Nordic Naturals mushroom complex consistently for about a month, hoping to see some improvement in focus or memory. Unfortunately, I didn't really notice any significant difference in my cognitive function. It's a high-quality brand, so the issue may be on my end. I suspect that my inconsistent sleep schedule might be a bigger factor for my brain fog than any supplement can overcome. It's a well-made, vegan product, but it just didn't deliver the results I was hoping for in my particular case. I might revisit it after improving my sleep habits.

Actually Helps My Energy Level And Alertness
I have NEVER enjoyed EATING mushrooms. But, the scientific research on their adaptogenic benefits as well as their immune boosting / anti-inflammation properties was too hard to ignore. Over the past few years I've tried a few mushroom-based immune formulas, and lately have been drinking MUD\WTR, a caffeine-free blend of mushroom-based adaptogens and herbs for energy and calm. Well I've used Bacopa before in memory formulas, but not Lion's Mane. Turns out Lion's Mane (a mushroom) also has some (limited) research behind it and has a long history of use in Asian medicine. A few studies from 2009-2011 found preliminary benefits such as protection against mild cognitive impairment, prevention of amyloid beta plaque build-up (a substance associated with Alzheimer's disease), possible neuro-protective effects against ischemic stroke, and less anxiety/better concentration. I have been feeling more energy and motivation and increased ability to concentrate since taking this. Whether that will last or not is anyone's guess, but I will keep monitoring the situation. I am also drinking the MUD\WTR so maybe the two combined are helping. But they are helping and the common ingredient is the mushrooms and the adaptogens. For now I'm feeling the benefits and that is a good thing. Just something to note, but WebMD does caution that Lion's Mane might slow blood clotting and reduce blood glucose levels. They recommend stopping usage at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery. They also do not recommend using Lion's Mane if you are pregnant or nursing, just to be safe. Otherwise, If you are thinking of trying Bacopa and/or Lion's Mane, I would recommend going with an established brand like Nordic Naturals and not with a cheaper no-name option, even if that option has a lot of great reviews. It's better to be safe than sorry. UPDATE 8/17/2022: I ordered another bottle of this and recommended it to a relative. As long as it keeps working I will continue to use it.
