I do not see a size on the package. They are stretchy so I think they are supposed to be one size fits all, it measures approximately 2 1/2" across. Hope this helps.

It means that it's a smaller size. It's not too small, though. Youth is the size you want if you are a man or woman with thin wrists (or child) and want this to actually fit.

Is it an official Nike one?

Not sure why it says youth. It might not fit a large wrist but adult female average or smaller male adult. Certainly pretty average sized adult wristband.
