Yes, I would think so, it is fiberglass. Proper prep and paint, they have it in many colors

Can this be used rv on top of pine wood? Is glossy and waterproof?

I used it over both pine and plywood for my pop up camper trailer restoration project. RV manufacturers have used it for many years for similar purposes. This product has a smooth and glossy surface. If the edges are properly sealed from the elements, it is highly water proof.
