A unique medical device to treat various diseases. I am retired bank officer, a cervical spondylosis patient and I feel in person that now a days most of youngsters are having back pain and other stress related disorders . The pen works fine. Build quality could have been better. Though the small glass jars, meant for gel, are there, there is no gel.

I am receipt of the parcel. 1. Out of three heads that were supposed to be received only two heads. 2. Look like a open pack in side the parcel. May be a return from some cuatomer. 3. Very much disappointed.
