I prefer to work with two screens and this is a great option. People have been saying the magnets don’t work. I connected the magnets to my MacBook case cover rather than directly onto it and let it rest on the magnets for 24 hours and I have had no issues. Be careful when moving your laptop/MacBook around when the screen is connected because it’s pretty heavy and could potentially snap the original screen off if not cautious.

Ok, imagine that you’re in a vehicle for 12-hours a day and have to write reports. You have multiple programs open to do your job, but you have to minimize one to use the other. Well, no more of that crap! No sir/ma’am! Not this guy! This product solved a problem, not monkey pox or COVID or anything, but a problem nonetheless. Only one complaint, the magnets and adhesive aren’t the best, but that was solved with a couple of heavy duty command strips. Granted the adhesive and magnets probably weren’t designed for in-car use; but hey, sometimes you have to roll with it!

To be completely honest. I am so happy I bought this and it was worth every penny! I started a new job and my company mailed me my work laptop and two 24" monitors. I've been working remotely for 6 years as a Web Designer/Developer... yeah right am I going back to working strictly behind a desk! I rather have the freedom to work wherever: on my couch, bed, standing, outside, in coffee shops, at my kid's swim class, you name it. Hands down the best external monitor there is. The fact that you can just slide the monitor in and out was the selling point for me - it's extremely convenient!!! I've tried 2 different monitors before I found this... LIMINK triple monitor and the Sidetrak 👎 Immediately returned both of them the same day they arrived because I didn't think how inconvenient it is to use. LIMINIK and almost ALL triple monitors you see available on Amazon, you literally have to attach and detach each time! You cannot keep it attached and close your laptop. With Sidetrak, you have to twist it, then fold it. I would hate to constantly twist it just to put it away and protect the screen. So with this one, Deux Max... You simply just slide it in and out! It's just so convenient! Another plus is that the material seems to be very durable. When I first received the LIMINK triple monitors, it was so cheaply made, that I was afraid Deux Max was going to be too... Nope, it's pretty solid! I'll just end it with this... It's the perfect monitor. I honestly have no idea why people are leaving negative reviews about it.

1) The cable it comes with, causes the screen to constantly have connection issues. The screen cuts out a LOT no matter the port or laptop/computer it is connected to. 2) Dead pixels on day 1 of use. 3) The magnets are a great idea, but wow they look ugly and for most laptops it won't hold very well. I basically spend most of my time debugging this screen, and it is highly annoying. Ever see the movie Office Space? I'm about 1 day away from taking this thing out to a field and smashing it with a sledgehammer. Value for the money = no. Build quality = poor Sharpness/Visual Quality = medium grade. All of my laptop screens look 5 times sharper, brighter and clearer. If the company that made this, or the seller, reaches out to fix this, I will update this review. Otherwise, best to look somewhere else. This monitor is not worth the price. Actual worth is maybe $25. Update: I've given the seller ample time. MP does not support their products, non existant after sales support. Client relations are zero. I can not recommend this product. The price isn't worth the hassle. Downgraded to 1 star. MP, still waiting on you!

I’m an insurance adjuster and my car is my office. After a few years of working remotely on two 24 inch monitors going back to a tiny 17 inch laptop screen was very difficult for me. I searched high and low for the right solution, I also wasted a lot of money, trying to find something that fit my needs. I think I found it. When I’m stopped, I slide it out and when I travel to my next stop, I slide it back in, it’s perfect for my needs. The only car I see so far is the rails. The only con I have with this monitor are slides are plastic and longevity is a concern but it’s too soon to tell. I’ve been using this little gym for about a month now, and I absolutely love it.

Works good. It has been a great addition to my laptop while traveling. A bit heavy and the magnet mounting needs improvement. I used a more powerful double tape to mount them. I would give 5 stars if the magnet mounting was more secure.

I recently had an accident that has left me unable to work at my desk for the next few months. I use three monitors at my desk, and cutting back to one was an impossible thought for me. I needed two at the very minimum! This was the perfect solution for me. The attachment method is solid and since it follows the tilt of my laptop there seems to be no need to change that. moving it in and out is sufficient adjustment to achieve the correct viewing angle. My only gripe is that the seller doesn't sell an additional set of magnets! It would be really nice to be able to use this on my second laptop that I typically use for travel and out of the office work. I have found what I need on Amazon but they aren't and exact match and as Amazon so often is, my only choice is to buy in bulk. It would just be nice if they sold an add-on set for a reasonable price!05

So far so good but I anticipate issues. The hardware that you slide the screen in and out of seems really cheap and not smooth. But so far it’s working great and it’s exactly what I need! I will update if it dies like everyone else says.

Simple to use, plug in and it works ! Install take 10mins even for beginner. Only thing is how can we buy a spare USB cable ?

I love these displays - really convenient and compact and light. However am on my second one, because they are not durable. (1) The screen separates from the housing at the hinge and then it starts falling apart. I'd hoped the first one was a faulty design that had been improved, but the second one lasted less than 12 months before doing this again. (2) The data socket breaks after a while and becomes unusable. If you use it daily like me - you'll get 12 months out of it, no more. Just so you know. I love them for convenience and I am annoyed by their fragility as the weaknesses could be designed out.
