2" Ford F150 Leveling Kits

Perfectly Leveled my 2019 F150 with hand tools and a jack/jack stands. This took me about 5 hours but I think it would have taken 3 if I had not run into a few issues. First, my sway bar links did not want to cooperate and I fumbled with those a good 2 hours. Ended up needing to replace them. Second, I did the method where I dropped the lower control arm by its two bolts. Super east, drop those bolts and the tie rod end and its super easy. Very easy to get back together as well. Never disconnected the ball joint or the axel. No need to. My second issue was the second lower control arm didnt want to go back into place but eventually did. Other than those two minor issues this was really easy. Hardest part was finding an 18mm socket and a thin 18mm wrench for the new moog sway bar links. Highly recommend this. Very easy to do if you have some know how and the tools. My f150 looks so much better leveled. It made a huge difference and wish I had done it sooner.

Very nicely made, super easy to install on my 2026 f150, I got the 2 inch spacers. A few tips if you're doing it yourself. Have 2 floor jacks. Get it jacked up and on stands. Pull the harness connectors by the back upper control arm bolt to get them out of the way, theres 3 and they pop right out. Loosen, just a little, the upper control arm bolts maybe a half turn to relieve tension. Disconnect the drag link, pull the lower control arm bolts out completely. Remove the 2 nuts from the bottom.of the strut, then push the lower control arm down to free it from the strut. Take the top 3 nuts off the strut and remove it. Install the 3 screws into the spacer with no washers, torque to 40ft lbs. Secure the spacer to the top of the strut with the washers, lock washers and nuts provided, torque to 40 ft lbs. Put the strut back in, it will be 180 out from the original orientation. You will have to pick up on your wheel hub/upper control arm to get it back in, but just for a second. Put the factory 3 nuts on hand tight, attach the lower control arm to the bottom of the strut. Torque to 40 ft lbs, torque the 3 nuts on the top of the strut to 40 ft lbs. Take two jacks and 2 blocks of wood and jack the lower control arm up and reinstall the bolts, once the bolts are in, you can put your jack under the outer side of the lower control arm to help align the bolts to their factory location, which is easy to see. Torque them down, torque the upper control arm bolts, torque the drag link, clip the wires back by the upper control arm, put the wheel on, torque to 150ft lbs and do the other side. It's super easy, don't disconnect brakes or any of that mess like I've seen some do.

This is by far the best way to lift your truck's front end with little or no fuss, limiting your truck's practicality, or having to swap out lots of parts, and it's very cost-effective. Rides just like stock, and only needs a realignment to get you back on the road. I am only running 33" tires on my truck, but my 2006 F-150 fit 35's with no rubbing. I'd imagine my 2013 isn't any different in what it can fit for tire diameter. I am, however, of the opinion that the nose sticks up a tad high if you install ONLY these. That can result in a lot of headlight flashing toward you at night. Also, it can look dumb. I humbly suggest installing an add-a-leaf kit, which brings the rear up just the right amount, also rides like stock, and adds some payload capacity (i.e. no squatting from loading an ATV). Triple win. Of the three different kits I have bought, this was the only one that gave my installer fits...several hours worth, for some reason. Just an FYI and the reason for docking a star.

My mechanic installed on my basic 2018 F150 XL. No binding, no clunking from the springs in sharp wheel turns. Runs true and straight. Replaced the stock 16" wheels with chrome, 6 spoke, 18's from a Lariat. Walmart wrapped the wheels with Cooper 275 70's. Replaced the worn rear shocks with Bilstein 5100 (I think 5100?). The total combination lifted the front of the truck 6 inches. Looks so good!

Installed on a 2017 F150 FX4, was 36 3/4" on the front initially, ended up 39 1/8" after install so a bit more than 2" lift. Install was about 3 hours solo, lots of instruction on the net (the provided instructions were not well illustrated and not very comprehensive). I figure this isn't something you'd tackle without that previous knowledge anyhow, so I don't think its a big knock on the product. Overall happy with it, although it was more front lift than I was hoping for, I may have to block the rear now.
