Does the spray make the puppy pee in the pad

I used this when I first got my puppy and now he’s been on pads for 5 years, I think it really worked!

did this product smell bad?

There was absolutely no smell! Atleast not that humans could smell, but it worked well with my puppy. I got it as a gift and ordered a second bottle on my own.
