My husband has Lupus and it helps shield the UV rays from his skin. It does make you look light blue when it’s first applied but it soaks in.

This is a horrible sunscreen. I bought it because it’s advertised as reef safe. It sprays on white and will not rub into the skin so your whole body is white as if you’ve applied zinc oxide. It’s even hard to get off in the shower and I’m still getting sunburned. I bought a 2 pack and will end up throwing the second bottle away.

I love this product so much. I have major sun sensitivity, and finding a sunscreen with a good amount of zinc is hard. Finding one that’s spray on and works great for my sensitive skin? Even harder. This is the first zinc sunscreen I’ve tried that doesn’t make me look chalky and is actually effective. The hives that I’m used to getting after sun exposure are virtually non existent if I make sure to apply and reapply appropriately. This sunscreen is fantastic and I highly recommend it!

We took this on our vacation to Hawaii and it worked pretty well. It spread a lot easier than the butter stick and seemed to work better than the stick as far as protection. We did get burned the first day and later on in our trip and we used a combination of the spray and stick, so you do need to reapply this more often than non-reef safe sunscreens it seems (and this was getting burned without being in water). At times, it did leave a white residue and it was hard to blend in (particular for my husband's hairy legs). I'd use again if I were traveling somewhere with reefs that I needed to protect, but probably wouldn't buy again for just normal use outdoors around the yard since it is expensive and requires re-application more often than not.

It’s white! Spray on your hands first

This is my first time using reef-safe sunscreen so I didn't entirely know what to expect. It leaves a white cast (which I expected) so I, a Black female, do look a little ashy after applying. And at only 30 SPF I did still get a mild burn along my shoulders after several hours outside + water activities. It does appear to be pretty water resistant, though, as after an hour of snorkeling my legs still had the same white cast. I do still recommend it, since it's the only mineral sunscreen to come in an aerosol form.

Sprays evenly and doesn't leave a white cast. Did some research on cleaner brands and these seem to do the trick -- no burns here!

Very disappointed with this product. I was under the impression this was a clear spray and instead it left me with white sunscreen patches all over that wouldn’t blend in despite rubbing it numerous times. It left my skin feeling oily as well. Will not use again.

Love this product! Contains the ingredients that protect my loved ones from burning akd is so easy to apply!

I find it difficult to press down on the dispenser to have it actually spray. Very tight and you almost need two hands which makes it difficult to apply the spray.

Basically the tittle, it’s very thick and hard to spread, we still got burnt (that’s maybe partially our fault, very pasty and it’s only spf 30). Either way I don’t recommend it, and I’ll never buy it again. I can even tell you it’s waterproof even though it’s supposed to be reef safe. It thins out very quickly and easily with water, and being that it doesn’t soak in and leaves us looking white and even pastier.

It worked well

This sunscreen comes out white and must be rubbed in. Lost propellant after 6 uses Caused rash on both myself and my son.
