Can the engraving be in Chinese character?

I do not know. The company did use my logo so it may be possible to engrave your Chinese characters with your logo. Try calling and asking. I was very happy with the product at a very reasonable price. I will order from this company again.

How do I submit my engravement?

When you place your order you will have to go through the customization process in order for the order to be completed. You will automatically get your customization information once your order is completed.

How much do they weigh?

Have not weighed it, it is your typical track and field baton, my athletes love it, no complaints.

Is there an additional charge for the image/text setup?

I believe you have to choose from their fonts & pictures but no additional charge.

My brother ordered this as a surprise wedding gift for his fiancé. He and his fiancé just got married yesterday and both ran in college! The quality of the engraved baton with their names and wedding date and quick shipping was awesome!!! It made for great photos on the high school track!

Not as described and no seller response.

I received the item quickly but it is not as described. It is not etched and is barely legible. The print is so light for half of what should have been inscribed that I have to hold it at exactly the right angle to see it was attempted. Two attempts to contact the seller have resulted in no response. Very disappointed.
