Good Price For a Sturdy Grabber
I ordered this item for my mother, who is too short to reach the bottom of her washer. Safe to say this grabber has been an incredible help to her, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a top-loader. It is long and sturdy, but can easily be broken down for storage. The handle is pretty big, and the button is not too difficult to push down, but for elders with weak motor control, it might not be the easiest. For the price of $30, I think this grabber is definitely worth it, especially because, in my case, when reaching down to get your clothes in a top-load washer, I risk breaking my ribs from the pressure, which has happened to many people before. $30 is much cheaper than a trip to the hospital.

I Love This Grabber
This grabber stick is exactly what I need after my latest back injury (sciatica). I have already retrieved 3 items from my floor in corners and under tables and it's paid for itself! The grabber tongs can be rotated, easy to lock in place. It is very light and does not take much effort to squeeze the trigger. When you can't bend down very low or reach up very high this is a life saver! I was going to get the 40" one but this 36" is long enough to reach what I need. I like that it can fold up so I can take it with me when I run errands and go shopping. Very happy with it!

LOVED first 2 purchased, so bought 3 more later. 3 new purchased still good but missing clips.
Review written on 2026-07-11. BEST of ALL Grabber/Reacher tools I've bought or used and I've tried many from competing companies. They were mostly cheap, break easily, and a disappointment. NOT THESE! This is VERY WELL MADE, lightweight but VERY Durable and picks up much heavier items for me than is advertised. I originally bought two of these at the same time, since I had been burned by other companies, I didn't expect much, but I WAS WRONG with these. STILL using them and Not sure how I got by without them now! These two came in a sort of triangle box, and it has 3 booms that open and lock tightly into place. Very Strong! Collapsing either of them down is fine because they both have one black plastic Clip on 2 of the arms that will hold it together, collapse, looking like a Star Trek Phaser! ha ha ha... I'm just saying it keeps it neat, doesn't fall apart, and there's a loop to hang it up if desired. So, and this part of the review sadly is less than Steller. Okay, here a goes... I was (and am) SO happy with the original two I purchased at the same time for "testing" purposes, and now everyday use, by clicking Amazon's BUY AGAIN so I wouldn't have to manually select a new set, since there are different lengths they sell, I pressed BUY AGAIN however, I used the PLUS icon to change the quantity 2 to 3 additional buys. I was so happy to receive the next 3 of the exact same model number, but I saw they came in one box, holding 3 boxes (not triangle boxes, like the first two came in). I thought that odd and feverishly checked to see if they sent me the wrong length or model from EZPIK, but no, the printing on each of the 3 boxes inside the Amazon box showed the same model I purchased before but the difference is that each grabber was in a flat box, not triangular. They accomplished that by turning the grabber 90 degrees so it would lay flat. But here is my BIG Disappointment (if EZPIK company reads this I should wish you would help me out, let me call, or even pay extra to obtain the missing Black Clips that hold it together when collapsed) discovered the new 3 were the same model, grabber can be rotated 90 degrees to match my first 2, but there are NO BLACK CLIPS to hold it together when collapsed in any of the 3 flat boxes. As stated, the original 2 I bought were in a triangle or like a Wedge Door Stop looking box, and they had the clips. So, the only thing I'll say that's bad is all 3 of the new boxes with clips have EZPIK Pro 43" size that DOES work when extended but is a complete mess when collapsed. It won't hold together collapsed so won't hang on a hook until needed. If you buy this GREAT product, but don't have clips to have it hold itself together when collapsed, it will be very difficult to deal with moving out of the way, hanging, or whatever, unless you use Duct Tape, or Velcro, or Shoestrings or hire an Elf to manually hold the pieces together until the time you wish to use it. I was SO disappointed with the 2nd purchase (3 flat boxes) I intended to return for money back for weeks. I wrestled with it then figured well, I won't use the 3 new ones but if either of the 2 original good ones do break, I can use one of the 3 new ones and transfer the Black Plastic Clips from the "GOOD" purchases to the "Disappointed" purchases. Yes, I'm long winded. Bottom Line GREAT PRODUCT IN USE. BEST one I've tried. Not sure why none of the 3, 4, 5 ones I bought were without clips. An accident? or saving 5 pennies per grabber? If manufacture will contact me, I can send you additional money if you can still make/send me the missing clips (6 of them) from the 3 new ones. I'm walking away in despair now. Buy Them, but now you know the rest of the story. (Paul Harvey never said that...)

It worked well - used it several months then it broke.
It was good. Used it until it broke. Replaced it with one from Walmart.

Easy peasy
I wish the actual grabber part of this were bigger, but it's seems pretty sturdy. I haven't had a reason to use the magnet. But this thing was a lifesaver, if you have arthritis or anything like it. It folds up very nicely, and it's pretty compact. Makes it easy to not have to bend over as well, and I didn't even consider that lol i'm happy with it.It seems like it will last

Does what it’s supposed to do and does it well.
I don’t go to the grocery store without it! I’m 5’2” and I always had to wait until someone taller came along to get something from the upper shelf. It folds up to a nice compact size so it’s easy to carry. I also use it to reach to the back of the dryer. It was originally purchased for my husband who is handicapped so I plan on buying another one. The quality seems to be good and it has magnetic tips on the grabber part. Great for retrieving skrews, etc. great purchase.

It is as the description. Don't buy one too long to handle easily.
It works as advertised. I am wheelchair bound. I keep the grabber folded down my right side so its always available. Picks up very small items including tablets. Heavy items, like jars require good grip strength. I can just just grab a large item at full stretch. Please note, the grabber folds and locks with snaps. It can only be folded, or the length you buy extended. I bought a 42" one. My choice means that I can grab items easily, but I have to put them down so I can wheel up to get them. It is too long for me to grab stuff from the jaws with my other hand. But so far, it is awesome, wouldn't be without it.

Pretty good with some minor cons
I ordered this in the 40" size, mostly to reach things high up. I like the option to fold it for storage. It is a little heavier than most and seems sturdy. The claw moves smoothly and has a good grip. Cons: The magnet is nearly useless; it doesn't extend out from the claw and is weak (like most of these tools). I'm not likely to use it. The snaps to hold the sections in place are REALLY tight. If you have weak hands, you might have trouble with them. And a minor point, I had to attach a string to the tiny hole on the handle to hang it up. It is more expensive than many other. Overall, a decent grabber.

Fantastica
Recomendable 100%

Brilliant until it broke
I have had this for about 6 months and it has been wonderful, definitely worth the slightly more pricey cost. Unfortunately, I have managed to break one of the grabber sides off. I have a feeling it's because once or twice I've leant on it, a bit like a walking stick. I am going to try gluing it, because I don't tend to pick anything really geavy up with it But I am going to buy another, and not be such a silly person with it! It's amazing for closing my curtains from my armchair. I'm disabled, and my curtain rail is really high. So even if i could stand, it's high up anyway, and I'm short. So I use the extra reach of the 40" grabber to be able to pull the curtains at the top and make them fully closed. Sometimes picking things up can be a bit tricky when it comes to putting it into my hand, just because the 40" is slightly too long. I migjt try the 36", so I've still got loads of reach, but have a tiny bit less to argue with when trying to put an item into my hand from it. I would say it definitely holds a lot more weight than my cheaper grabbers. I haven't overly tested it, but I have picked up a full 500ml brown glass liquid medicine bottle with it, and they're pretty heavy and a tricky shape/texture for grip. The grabber "fingers" have lots of grippy bumps. My guinea pigs have munched on them slightly, unfortunately. I do use it to help guide them home/away from wherever they are without having to get down on the floor with them and scoot around. It's also great for helping to clean out their cages as i can reach across to straighten blankets and what not. I find the locks on the folding sections to be very sturdy. I don't tend to fold it up, as I'm using it all the time, but they don't give way like some cheaper ones. It has the changeable angle for the gripper bit, so it can be inline or perpendicular to the handle. The handle is easy to hold (I have fairly small hands), and isn't stiff or difficult in anyway (my hands can be a bit hard to use). I often find myself using this in various places in my house. I have 1 cheap one in my bedroom for my curtains in there, but I will be replacing that, too, eventually. Fully converted tk the EzPick grabbers! Totally worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale.
