Perfect for stabilizing whipped cream
I used this to stabilize a whipped cream frosting for a layer cake and it held up wonderfully. Didn’t affect the taste and had no smell.

Gluten free bakery approved
This is my go to for my gluten free bakery. It is expensive but it is good quality and gluten free. It is easy to use and requires no prep for my royal icing. The consistency depends on how you’re using it but for my icing it’s great. There isn’t a taste really. If you’re flavoring your icing, it’ll be whatever extract you’re using. So, it’s blendable.
