I bought these pans as a present for my wife and she was over the moon with their quality and finish. The precision of the manufacture really impressed me and I would recommend this cookware to anyone wanting excellence and food cooked to perfection. The lids were a perfect fit and made cooking a pleasure .

Purchased in Dec 2025 and now it is Aug 2026 so long term review. Follow the instructions and these pans work excellent. If you use high heat settings, the pan will not last. The instructions clearly state do not use on high heat settings and you do not need to use high heat settings to fry anything since the pan retains and distributes the heat evenly. I have cooked many things in these pans and very little sticks to it and it is super easy to clean when it does. I let them soak for a few minutes in soapy water and it comes perfectly clean. Extremely durable and the only complaint I have is the handles are too smooth and can become slippery. Best pans I have ever used.

I was super hesitant to buy these. They are expensive. My husband was ready to throw our stainless steel frying pans into the front street and run them over.if you add up how many times you buy cheaper frying pans throughout the years, these probably turns out cheaper. So I agreed to get them. They are heavier pans. It is weird to me that we had to season them similar to the way you season cast iron. But the food you cook in them slides off so easily you barely have to touch the pans to move the food. They wash so well, too. Definitely 100% worth buying if you can afford the investment right now.

Absolutely LOVE these pans. I use stainless and cast iron pans and this is a hybrid of both. Beautiful visually, easy clean up. Browns meats evenly and quickly. They come with bag holders to protect the surfaces and I do keep them in the bags. Absolutely worth the price! Domed vented lids allow self basting but prevents that huge gush of hot air coming at your face when you lift the lids. Lid handles get a bit warm but not hot so don’t need any potholders to remove lids. Chef Ramsey nailed this one. Absolutely recommend-they are worth the price. These will last me many years.
