Hi, does this come with a 9.5mm and a 10 or 11 or 12mm guard? i use 9.5 and 12mm on my beard

There are different sets of guards . The guards are not stamped with the sizes but there is a chart in the paperwork. The paperwork says the beard guards run from 1,2,3,5,&7 mm , then hair guards of 4,9,12,& 16mm, then body guards of 3 & 5 mm. Hope this helps

Does this product support 220 volts?

It supports anything from 100 to 240 volts. It says that on the side of the box as well as on the power plug.

The Amazon comparison says this one can be used for body, but the Norelco 3000 can't. What makes this one better for body hair?

I have the 3000 model and have used it for facial hair and body trimming. It just doesn’t have as many trimmer guards as the 5000 model.
