The most important part of this product is the white kidney bean. But it is a very small dose and only an EXTRACT. The directions are only one tablet per meal and 20 minutes before eating. This dosage does NOTHING. You must take 2-3 tablets and this will only work on complex carbs. AT that point this become very expensive. I have used it for a few days and saw no results until I did research. There are other brands out there that have better ingredients and about 1/2 the price. I gave it 2 stars because it does contain a small amount of the white kidney bean.

I have used white kidney bean carb blockers for years to block an inflammatory reaction I get from starch. One of these days, I'm going to go all out and test my blood sugar to really see how well these things work compared to each other, but for the past many years, I just judge by how much my joints ache and how much they swell after having some bread or pasta or potatoes.I was not expecting something at this price - and with extra ingredients - to work, but it does. I went to a Christmas party last night and ate what was served. Today, I am able to walk around, and my wedding rings fit perfectly.

Just like all jacked factory products this one i think works. I tested it. So im on a low carb high protein diet monday thru friday. I binge on the weekends. So for 2 weekends i ate the same things without taking this product and i would gain 4-5 pounds over the weekend. The 3rd weekend i would take block xt before every meal while eatting the same foods as the last 2 weekends. I gained only 3 pounds. I tried it the next weekend as well and only gained 2 pounds so im convinced and i will continue to take this with high carb meals.

I love this product; this is the first time I tried anything from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. First, I'm very sensitive to all supplements. This instruction for this pill says take ONE pill, not four so that's great. You start off with just one and you see what happens. I love that it doesn't overdo it with thousands of milligrams of white kidney bean. I really like that this company is so consistent with the kinds of products it makes, meaning it's predominantly a sports nutrition company and it doesn't also make "hair products". That shows me that they are focused on building their brand and product line based on one purpose, sport and fitness, therefore that makes me trust them.

I researched this product and it appears to be one of the most legitimate in terms of carb blockers and the price is great. With a sensible diet, this works well when combined with exercise. I met my fitness goals in a short amount of time and pushed past my plateau while using this. I cannot say for sure that I personally notice a huge difference, but it seems to do its job!
