Excellent product. Quick to freeze and easy to fasten in place with the strap. Not tried it in microwave yet but very happy with this product.

These are so good, my daughter bangs herself quite often now as she’s learning to walk and these are so effective with pain relief. It’s great how they’re also hot and cold. They seem very durable and so far haven’t leaked even when my daughter has bitten them 🫣. The fit is easy for little ones to hold. And the material is a thick plastic sort and so freezes and warms quickly

Gel pack cools quickly in the freezer and is malleable so easy to use. The elastic strap doesnt always stay in place, depending what part of the body you want to use it on. But generally a good product and does the job well.

I have tried so many cold packs but this is entirely better in every way. You put it in the freezer (tip: fold and put in a large freezer bag while in the freezer to prevent ice condensation on the surface of the packs) and within 2 -3 hours it is perfect. You could try it for less time but I found 2-3 hours to be best. It remains flexible after freezing and is very comfortable and soft to wrap around your arm or leg or to lay down on. The surface is soft and smooth, and can be wiped with a wet wipe or damp cloth to keep fresh from sweat etc. I found a towel underneath protects your sofa or bed from any condensation from the cold and a thin towel over the top if you want a bit of extra comfort, but it is really fine on its own too.You can wrap it around you easily and secure it with the straps included. They are soft and stay in place once attached.There are no stiff or sharp edges and the material is like a soft polyester or smooth nylon feel to it. Doesn't feel like plastic at all. It doesn't stick to your skin either, unlike other ones I have tried.These are incredibly fast to relieve heat, pain and swelling. I highly recommend them.

Product arrived on time and is exactly what we are looking for in a large gelpack to cover both freezing and hot applications! And I like the velcro belt to keep it in place for awkward positions,Good value for money.

I've had these for a year now and they're still functionally the same as the day I bought them with zero leaks, but they're unfortunately not as good as the other gel packs from this brand. When frozen, the substance inside hardens to ice crystals instead of a gel-like state like you would expect, and they melt much faster as well. They're easy to use, but honestly not great value due to how lumpy they become when frozen and how quickly they melt.

I originally bought this for myself, getting night sweats I thought this would be great and it would be only my son decided through the heatwave that he needed it more😂 and it did give him restful sleep throughout, well worth the money .
