It does exactly what it's intended for, and does it well. Treating bare metal and getting it ready to paint.

I like the adherence and quick drying of the product. Best primer I have ever used.

If you prep the item you are painting it will go on supper smooth and drys very fast so nothing bad to say about it, it is all good. What ever you do don't buy the so called POR-15 high build up primer, you will have to sand it smooth.

Don't wast your money This is over thinned to the point were it is thinner and very little paint in can , you will noticethat there is no paint on the bottom of the can when you mix it also will separate as soon as you stop mixing it .Have used other brands before and are thicker but still thin . This acid etching paint does no cover well even after two coats also because its thin you will burn through it very fast does not go far as other etching paints.

The product works well, but it is very important to follow all the precautions on the label. The can arrived badly dented, no doubt from shipping, and I was glad I put on my hazmat suit, gloves, safety glasses, and respirator before opening it and the dent caused the primer to spray all over the place when I opened the lid. Safety first.

I used this self etching primer on a aluminum horse trailer floor. It was important to apply the primer before the bed liner product. Everything stuck perfectly

Used on our vintage Winnebago. Lots of runs, we mixed according to measurements and still was very thin
