Good stuff
I'll never go back to plain red pepper flakes. This stuff is amazing, it balances everything just right. The sweet and hot is great on everything and the more herbal one is good for people who can't take the heat but still need more seasoning.

I absolutely love these seasonings. The Hot and sweet isn't available anywhere in my stores. This set is economical, and they last a good while. Very very good on my homemade pizza.

We're a big fan of all the lines of Paul Prudhomme spices. These go well in sauce, on pasta dishes, pizza and anything Italian including anti-pasta
