UPDATE: Without even asking, the seller refunded my purchase where I hadn’t received the fibers. I repurchased this mascara/fiber set and did receive the fibers with the reorder. What a disappointment! After reading all the reviews about how great this mascara and fiber set was, I couldn’t wait to try them. The package came sealed and in good condition, and the eyeliner was a nice surprise, but 100% of the reason I purchased this was for the fibers. I gave this two stars because of the bonus of the eyeliner (which I haven’t tried yet) the care that was taken in packaging the product and a reasonable delivery time…about 3-4 days. I’m not sure if this is eligible for a refund, but I’m sure going to try. Perhaps if I’m able to return this, I would try again based on all the great reviews (though, you’ve got to wonder sometimes).

Works great ! Have ordered sever Times and will order again! Only downside it that the fibers do dry up the mascara faster.

I was really surprised by MoodStruck fiber mascara by Youngfocus. It far surpassed by expectations. (I took some close up photos of the fiber and the wands. Let me know if you find them helpful.) Usually in a set like this, I end up liking one product and hating the other. This actually recommends that you start off with a coat of your favorite mascara then use their gel, followed by the fiber, and repeat with the gel. You can add additional fiber, then gel after the first round if you wish to have more length. I wear contacts so I always apply the fiber by slowly and gently wiggling it back and forth with small micro movements all the way to the tips of the lashes. Be sure to pull all the way through the tips because it aligns the fibers to extend beyond your actual lashes. I do this to get the fiber to latch into the gel firmly so I don’t get any flyaway pieces of fiber in my contact lenses. When I’m applying the gel to seal in the fiber, I do the same motion. I usually do a few layers without letting it dry in between coats. I hardly have any lashes. They are sparse and super short. I’ve been wearing fiber mascara since 2009 which have helped out tremendously. They were costly when they first came out. I not only love the fiber but also the gel. It hasn’t bothered my contacts. It gives the illusion that I have a ton more lashes and longer lashes. Love that this is economical but works just as well as high dollar products.

Great lash building, but messy application. The fibers drop all over your cheeks and under eyes so way too much cleanup is needed in my opinion.

Not waterproof at all!! Came off right away the second I laughed so hard I had tears, very disappointed that it advertises “waterproof” It Is NOT!!
