It may hurt at first, but give it time
I saw an ad for this on Instagram, read up a bit more on their site, then came here to buy. As they stated, it does take time to get used to it. However, I did feel pain in my wrist during the first week of using this. It wasn't too bad, more of a discomfort, so I kept using it. I really wanted this to work because I definitely need a wrist rest but traditional ones didn't feel comfortable to me.I got this just in time for my vacation from work, so for almost two weeks, I was using my home computer most days. While I did experience some discomfort/pain at first, it definitely feels more comfortable than not having any support after long periods of gaming. The ergonomic shape works well for my hand. I have noticed that sometimes I unintentionally make short jerky movements, pivoting my hand on the rest rather than moving my whole hand and wrist. I think this will still take some getting used to.This is pricey, but I think it's worth it. I've used it for three whole weeks now, and I don't plan on stopping. Unless my wrist starts hurting again, but hopefully we're all good now!UPDATE - 4/24/2023About a month later, I bought a second one for my left hand. This one took way longer to get used to; probably more like six weeks. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to consistently find that perfect spot for the left hand. Sometimes, I would feel a pain in the middle of my wrist after a long gaming session. However, it's been three months, and I rarely get that weird pain anymore. For me, these two wrist rests get the job done. It may take longer than two weeks to get used to them, but I think they are worth it.

Game changer
I sit at a higher desk at work, so the ergonomics aren’t always ideal and I would often end up straining my arm and wrist after using my mouse for extended periods. The Carpio has made a huge difference. It gives my wrist just enough lift and support to relieve the pressure without getting in the way of using my mouse. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and I noticed the difference pretty quickly. Definitely one of those simple products that actually does what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time at a computer!

Beautiful design, noticeably less wrist pain
-Packaging:Simply amazing. The packaging material was great and the box has a nice sliding mechanism. Thoughtful. The box comes with instructions, a bunch of QR codes on the box for more details, and a nice carrying case.-The item:Very low profile and gorgeous design. The item is made of durable material. The 'cushions' on the top side are very comfy, especially around the areas of the wrist that will carry most of your hand's weight. The bottom is designed so that your hand can glide along with your mouse with minimal friction (using with fabric mouse pad).-Uses:1. Work: it is a must-have if you have an office job. I have been using mine for a few days at work and I feel much less pain in my wrist.2. Gaming: It does get a while to get used to it, but after a while the movement becomes natural and you won't notice the CarpioJust like with using it for work, you will not feel wrist pain after long gaming sessions.I believe my aim in fps games got just a bit better while using the item. Or hey, sometimes my opponent is just not having a really good day.Cons:1. A bit overpriced. It may have taken a lot of research and design to come up with the product, but I would have been a lot happier if I had paid just a little less for the product. However, it does beat the competition in both, design and comfort.2. Using the Carpio is pleasant most of the time, as long as your hand does not leave it, but as soon as you lift your hand off the Carpio it takes too long to find the sweet spot again. The box says it would take two weeks to get used to using the product and I'm only in my first week. I think this will change the more I get used to using the product.3. For con reasons 1 & 2 above, I think it would not be a good idea to have two Carpios (right-handed and left-handed) to use with the keyboardOverall, I do recommend this product and love using it so far for work and gaming, but I rated it 4/5 only because of how I feel about the price.

Super solid, worth a try.
I've had the small white for three years and still use it today, I think their sizing of the giftcard too the top of the palm is super helpful. I do prefer a smaller one on my right wrist and a large one on my left so it does make it a bit more expensive for me but I think they look better than every othee mouse pad and go with you. I don't know what would be better. Super was to clean they did start to yellow over some years ( now swapping to gray) quality is better than anything on the market (from what I know of.)

Great assistance for wrist pain, but is it worth it?
The design of this is simple, yet brilliant for wrist pain. I developed some pretty bad tendonitis and inflamed tendon sheath from years of poor practice using a mouse pad that made my hand/arm stationary, placing all of my movement just within my wrist. I was skeptical of this device, but desperate. It appears to be a piece of plastic with a smooth bottom to glide over your mouse pad -- and it is, as simple as that. The box it comes in pretty fancy and superfluous, presumably to make the $30 price tag easier to swallow. It takes a bit to get used to, but now I can't go without it. Which is where the praise ends, because I'm currently using a knockoff of this on my work computer, which I bought a two pack of for half the price of the original. Quality is slightly less, but just as effective. Which again, is no surprise, because this is essentially a piece of plastic that you rest your palm on. I'm grateful for the design, but for what I can assume is the manufacturing cost of this, you can't help but feel taken advantage of. Recommended, but try one of the competitor's cheaper versions first.

It’s painful. Not worth it.
I hate it. Period. Very strong feelings about it right out of the box. Gave it a few days, and not only do I still hate it but it’s very painful to use. The rubber material is hard and has pressure points that make you come away feeling like you’ve rested your wrist on the edge of a table for too long. I come away more sore using this than not. They only have small and large sizes, I think the small is too small for me? (I’m not sure. I can tell it doesn’t fit well, but I can’t tell if it’s because it’s too small or the shape isn’t right for my wrist). In any event, I am sure the large would be too large and even if they had a medium size I still wouldn’t repurchase this.Maybe if you’ve got some meat on your bones it would be more comfortable but as you can see, I am a very thin person and this is pressing on all the wrong places. I also feel like the center valley part contributes to carpal tunnel pain because the very firm edges of each side rested right in that area, not offering any support to the valley of the wrist, and therefore creating pressure to that nerve center and the ligaments. I don’t know why they chose this material, it’s too firm. Also, I think a better design would be a little tab from the center of it sticking out and then attaching to the bottom of the mouse so that both mouse and the wrist “support” worked as one unit when moving the mouse around. I often found that I didn’t drag the wrist piece with my mouse well and that it caused even more issues. If it were comfortable I would have made a little tab myself and connected the mouse and the wrist rest together, but as it’s extremely not even remotely comfortable I’m not bothering and I’ve already started the return process.

Feels great
Takes a while to get used to but feels comfortable once you do. Feels nice and the material is comfortable. Has a nice glide and matches my Logitech G502 lights peeps height. Unrelated but the box it came in was cool.

An absolute game changer!!
I can’t even put it into words how good this product t is especially during those high anxiety gun fights. Just an amazing product all around it takes strain of your wrist and you get used to it very fast it doesn’t feel weird like it doesn’t belong but the opposite it fits in your palm behind your mouse just perfect and glides as if it’s an extension of not just your mouse but your palm and wrist I absolutely love this product material is amazing quality as well. You can tell a gamer designed this and a lot of thought was put behind this product! I would definitely recommend this product to anybody thinking about getting it just do it!!! You will not regret it!

Better than the cheaper alternatives
It may be relatively expensive, but it works so much better than the cheaper alternatives. I have a cheap one that I use while working, reserving this for gaming sessions. Overall they're comparable on the levels of comfort. But these glide on a mouse mat so much easier. There's less inertia, and the movement's smoother. Although I guess depending on the type of game you're playing that might not be a benefit. I'd say it's definitely worth it if you're feeling the pressure on your Carpal bones.
