So I am 5’10” and the part that is supposed to compress my head compresses my shoulders? Do I have to have bad posture to use this?

The description says that the seat backrest is 30” high. The top back rollers are 26” above the seat. Top of the shoulders of the average adult male (5’10”) is 24” above the seat. The backrest curves back between 26” and 30” above the seat. I’m 5’11” and I cannot rest my head on the backrest. I don’t think this chair is suitable for a person taller than 5’10”.

With the auto shut off, would it hurt the chair if i restarted as soon as it stops

no not at all....I usually wait until the last minute warning (beeps 2-times) and immediately restart....enjoy

How do you adjust the legs for a taller person?

To adjust for longer legs when it is inclined stretch your legs forward and it will extend. That is how my daughter adjusts it for her legs and she is a little over 5'11"
