Very happy with the purchase of this brace. Wearing it has significantly reduced the nerve pain I’ve been experiencing.

I have had "trigger finger" in my pointer finger for years, and it is complicated by anoher joint with bad arthritis in it. I have a choice between basically having surgery or wearing the brace for any relief at all. So I tried this brace as I had good luck with one similar to it which finally wore out. First impression of this brace: horrible rubber smell when removing it from the package. I am airing it out after wearing it as a test, and OH did it make my trigger finger feel so much better!!! I am glad I bought this brace. Now I wait for it to air out that strong smell. It is improving somewhat every day. Second impression: the velcro is odd, having the shortest "teeth" I've ever seen on this type of thing, They hold well, but I fear they will wear out fast. I guess that is something to discuss after I've used this brace for awhile, as they seem very grippy. Third impression: it is hard. I would feel a little better if it had some padding--even just a little. I can add a little padding by using a fabric bandaid, realizing how fast I'm going to be going through bandaids. This sounds like more of a negative review, but I really do like this brace. It's heck to have trigger finger as bad as I do, for as long, but I'm not willing to opt for surgery, And a less stiff brace would not work as well, so even with the hardness, it is still a great improvement over no brace. I have tried other braces, and this is the one I most prefer. The aluminum stay can be removed (carefully, with pliers) so it can be washed. If the rubber smell isn't gone by tomorrow, I will wash it, by hand, using Dawn or a soap that rinses clean, no residue. It will definitely air dry. I would not risk this in the washer or dryer

The stitching came loose the second day I wore it then the metal brace started popping out on the end. The Velcro strap is cheap and began to roll and caught on everything. Not durable at all. Tried to get my money back but they want me to send it back first. I just threw it away..

No issues with quality or function, with the exception that it will still slide off with a gentle tug. If the side that faced the skin were ribbed or dotted with silicone or something I would give it five stars but as it is I'll have to go with the kind of splint that anchors all the way to the wrist in order to ensure it stays on through sleeping or other activities. Seems like overkill when all I need is a simple stabilizer that won't come off!

Odor--it goes away with use. I sprayed a little cologne on mine. Doesn't bother me. Fit--my hand is big for a short woman and it adjusts Tip--I use a little sports tape around the fractured finger to keep the brace from sliding off my hand. --problem solved. Not much. Velcro seems fine. Could be $7 instead of almost $10

I wore this for a few weeks when my trigger finger pain became really bad. After a few weeks the pain was nearly gone. I still have the trigger finger, but this helped relax my finger for a few weeks so it got way better. The material started to fray but it still fit and did the job. Since the material doesn’t really breathe, I think it just started to wear out. It still works, it’s just a bit “used” looking. Definitely worth the price. It works.

Pour moi,cela ne redresse pas les doigts mais les empêche de les plier car c'est de là que vient la douleur. Au bout d'une semaine tout peut passer mais cela revient au bout d'un certain temps.
