GE WD28X26099 Dishwasher Lower Dishrack Assembly

This was a great replacement, I'm very pleased that it fit my dishwasher. Unfortunately, my machine died shortly after I received it. Fortunately, I had a friend who took it and they said it's good. It hasn't rusted out or started chipping and flaking.

Didn't realize I could order this from Amazon. It fits perfectly, slides well, works fine & is competitively priced.

I ordered the part number to fit my specific model GE dishwasher and it fit like a glove. The silverware basket fit as it should, great part.

needed a replacement rack and found this would fit. It does fit, but not as well made as the origional. The wheels don't look like they will last and the coated wire in the rack isn't as thick. Time will tell.....

The bottom drawer was rusting everywhere and I’m selling my house soon. Doesn’t make any sense to replace the whole thing just for a drawer. This one is slightly different than the original but it fits perfectly. Unfortunately, the slight differences mean the silver compartment didn’t fit so I replaced that too. Total spent ~$100

The only thing right about this basket is that it fits inside the dishwasher. What it doesn't do is hold the silverware basket. The nubs that hold the basket (as seen in the photo) do not exist. There also isn't space to hold the silverware basket in the front. It doesn't fit there, either. Instead, you have to put the silverware basket on the right side, which eats up a lot of space.Ultimately, this basket is a poor replacement because you effectively lose so much space for dishes.I should have returned it and I don't recommend buying it.

This was perfect and so easy. Rolled the old one out. Took the new one out of the box and rolled it in. Presto! It’s like a new washing machine. My old one rusted out in 5 years. Anyone know why that happens?
