Best form of caffeine; however, better alternatives exist in 2026
Ive used these for years; the only drawback is the yellow color coating, which is a dye that is probably bad for you. I got into the habit of almost treating it like a candy and sucking the outside dye coating, then spitting it, before finally swallowing of the actual caffeine tablet itself. That also actually makes them kick in faster, anyway. Ever since I stopped these, I found better natural herbal products that individually boost energy, and work for way longer and way better than simple caffeine. Just look at which ingredients energy supplements use, after you find a kind you like, and order each of the ingredients that make up that product - you will have hundreds of doses for a fraction of the cost. No crashes, no comedown, no issue.

Great for mental focus and energy
Vivarin is good to stay alert for late nights, long drives, or mornings when coffee isn’t happening. It gives a simple, reliable boost for mental fatigue and focus. I will try the new smooth energy version soon too.

Still the best
Despite other products having the same milligrams of caffeine, this is still the best. I don’t know if its the bioavailability or the inert ingredients, but when I tried other brands and generics, they don’t work as well. Ease of swallow is good (I tend to bite and quarter for faster absorption; it’s not as chalky as others). And despite being a several time per day user over 30 years, my endoscopy hasn’t shown any cancer or ulcers from it, so that’s also a plus…

😳😳Takes the place of coffee!
If you’re not a coffee drinker like myself, nor do the energy drinks.. yep~~ this is my go-to. BUT… the seller takes FOREVER TO SHIP.
