Will not air up/ how long does it take to air up?

It doesn’t actually “inflate,” the foam padding inside expands once you open the cap to release the seal. About 10 minutes is all it should take to completely expand.

Can you pack this mat inside the pop and go playpen when you fold it up?

Not all the way. It’s best to squish the mat up like a blow up mattress, getting all the air out and folding it up!

Is the rainbow design on both sides or is one side grey?

Rainbow only on one side. Other side is just grey.
