I decided cutting massive amounts of onions should be safer and knew that somebody must have come up with a tool that didn't cost a fortune. I reviewed many of these and decided this would fit the bill. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it you'll be a pro in no time. It is sturdy and easy to clean, and works on all sizes of onions. Money well spent.

This product works great! Im disabled and have mobility in 1 hand while the other has trouble with strength and steadiness and this product helps me grip anything round and keep steady while cutting with a knife. Makes me feel alot more safe when using a knife. The only thing i would have changed is make it longer by a inch or two. ( it may be offered, i just didnt check or knew i would want a longer one).

You know, I think this is a great idea. But I found it a bit difficult to put use. The slices were thicker then I wanted and not even. I guess with more practice it becomes easier? Maybe if it was a tomato or some softer item? For me, I've tried several times with onions, and it wasn't worth the hassle. It is well made and does clean up well.

This works better than I was expecting. It offers up some cool tricks with different stuff you normally would just hold by hand.... thin slices, thick slices, potatoes, cheese, hard boiled eggs, any veggies.... use your imagination and you'll be using it all the time... Could save a finger or two, as well...

It’s good to use this not just onions. I used it as my left hand to grip vegetables or meat to cut. I used cleaver to cut most of my veggies and meat. My cleavers very sharp. I recommend this tool for Any person who loves cooking
