What I adore about this: 1. The packaging was so beautifully compartmentalized and secure. I think when a company spends the time to package elegantly that is a testament to the quality and pride of their product development 2. The anti-corrosive strainer 3. The ceramic two-tone design and the cup handle allow up to three large fingers to grasp comfortably. 4. The mug height. It's not too small or too tall. It's just right 5. The anti-corrosive long-spoon. I'm guessing this is for stirring and scooping the tea leaves. This is a super-nice touch as it aligns with the motif of the cup and strainer.

These 12 oz tea mugs are the best! High quality and beautiful. The tea strainer is a great size. Perfect size for a cup of tea. Definitely will be doing more business with this company.

I liked the look of the speckles on these cups however receiving my order it looks plain hardly see the speckles!

First of all, this piece is BEAUTIFUL and it feels so nice in the hand! The main body is silky soft, the base has a sort of chalkboard texture. It fits perfectly in my hand. I got the “Limestone” color and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The product pictures make it look anywhere from a light grey to a medium olive color. I was pleasantly surprised though, it’s exactly what I was hoping for! The Limestone mug is accented with a light, neutral-warm greige. The only two drawbacks, or rather “unexpecteds,” were that it is smaller than I thought it would be. The lovely woman modeling the mug in the images must be quite petite, because I looked at her holding the mug and thought it was larger than it is. I’m not removing a star for this, though, because I could have avoided confusion had I simply looked for measurements on the listing. As far as mugs go, this holds about as much liquid as the standard-fair mug you’d buy in bulk to keep in your pantry. We have some slightly larger souvenir mugs at my place; I prefer the amount of liquid they hold and was hoping this would be a larger mug like some others I have. Regardless, the sheer convenience of having a nice, big tea strainer and lid to help the mug steep as well as the microwave-safe design so I can easily reheat (unlike my yeti mugs), more than make up for the size confusion. Also on the size note, I was initially put off by how small the spoon is. In practice, when using loose-leaf tea, I’ve found that two heaping scoops evens out to about a tbsp of loose tea, which is perfect. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful piece!
