Seeds of Curiosity: My Akpi Adventure Begins!
The media could not be loaded. I just received my Akpi seeds today, and I wanted to share my first impressions. This is the size of the bag the seeds come in, shown here next to the Rotera lantern for scale. From what I’ve read, it seems I’ll need to roast the seeds on the stove before grinding them, but I’ll confirm as I go along. As for the taste and potential benefits, I plan to start incorporating them into my routine right away and will share an update in about two weeks. I’m hoping to see some noticeable results, and I’ll let you know if they live up to the hype!
