This is the only thing I have found to eradicate nutgrass. If you use according to instructions and get on them when they first break the surface of the soil it takes them out in a day or two. It becomes less effective the longer you wait and the taller the weed gets.

AMAZING stuff. I bought a bottle of this stuff in the summer of 2024 and used it for the first time in July 2026. 72 hours after spraying, all of the nutsedge that I sprayed is brown and dead / dying. I'm no longer a sceptic.

I sprayed this on nutsedge that was taking over part of my backyard. After about 2 days the nutsedge had turned brown and after about 4 days it was dead. It’s been about a week now and the nutsedge hasn’t returned but I saved half of the bottle of this product just in case I need to do a second treatment. This weed killer also took care of some different weeds in the vicinity. I like that this sprays easily with a hose attached but I’m deducting one star because sometimes it’s not clear from the nozzle switch if it’s in “water” mode or if it’s actually spraying the chemicals onto the lawn. I accidentally bumped the switch and didn’t realize until a few minutes later and the water may have diluted the weedkiller I had just sprayed down. But overall this is a great product and more effective than other weed treatments I’ve used on my lawn.

Kills Nutsedge (nut grass) within a few days. Only limit is the length of your hose. Really impressive how fast it works.

We have a pea gravel patio in the back yard with a fire pit and picnic table. Despite having used landscape fabric under the gravel, for the past few years weed grass would grow in the gravel. No matter how often we would pull it or try to use a scuffle hoe, it would grow back. Tried horticultural vinegar and salt/soap mixture twice, the grass laughed it off and came back. Tried torching it with propane, came back again. Finally identified the grass as nutsedge using iPhone camera, and realized it was rhizome/root-based. This product is the first I had tried after realizing what the grass was. It took a few days for the grass to really start browning. But after 2 weeks, the nutsedge has remained DEAD. I have one more canister ready to use if it ever tries to come back. This is in central Texas. I’ve got a bit in my lawn but haven’t tried spraying into the st Augustine. Mainly wanted to clear the gravel patio. I like that it is easy to use with a garden hose. The spray is kinda random but usable. I used gloves and safety goggles.

Amazing product. This product does exactly what it was described to do. The back 5ft of my backyard was overtake by nutsedge. I only found out what nutsedge was because of a local gardening page im in. Once I learned what the grass looking thing was called I ran straight here. I have been letting this thing accumulate in my backyard for 5yrs. I did one pass with one full bottle and it killed everything m, but then more started growing at the same time. I did a second pass a week later and that seemed to finally did it. I am going to do a 3rd pass next week to just finish every little nutsedge off if any are still there. On my picture all the brown back is the dead nutsedge

It doesn’t work right away and your lawn doesn’t look pretty while it works. I just ordered another bottle, from what I’ve read from other reviews it takes at least another application, after 4 or 5 days to kill the roots!

This did the job, nut sedge and other weeds yellowing fast. Make sure you push the lever fully forward or you may just be spraying water. Also be aware that the hose connection is not typical for English hoses, I had to insert a male hose connector into the female thread cap on the bottle. I was concerned that the liquid would go down quickly but it turned out it dispenses steadily. There’s a viewing window on the bottle to check remaining quantity. Quick delivery and did the job
