How do you line up bowl if it gets out of alignment?

Use the ADJ/SET button to realign the bowl. NEVER EVER try to realign the bowl by attempting to move the bowl manually, this can seriously damage the mechanism.

I have the most determined fat cat and he has not been able to break in -as long as I have latched it completely. If you don’t latch the tabs so they pop through the top, it can be pried off.

This replacement ice pack looks like it will also fit the C500 model...does anyone know if that is the case?

Do feeding schedules continue or will I have to press on a 'start' button after all 5 slots have been rotated?

I do. For example, I feed once a day at 8am (they eat free dry all day). I fill all six slots and press START. Slot 0 is exposed and counts for day one. Then the next day the machine automatically at 8 am turns to open the next slot of kibble. At the end of six days (slot 6 has been exposed) I open to refill the food and hit START again to start another 6 days of feeding.
