Any package measure to avoid melting during delivery?

We do not but with our packaging technique we have not had any issues with melting, even on hot days.  It is best, however, to wait to order if the temperature is extremely high.

"The process darkens the cocoa ingredients, changes the taste by reducing bitterness, and increases the dispersability of cocoa powder for various applications such as beverages."1 In the U.S., food labeling regulations require that alkalized cocoa powder or liquor must be declared as "cocoa (liquor) treated with alkali." Labeling requirement in other parts of the world differ, making it difficult for consumers to ascertain whether imported cocoa powder or cocoa liquor has been treated in this way.

is this bitter or sweet? they have a 60% and like a 72%, and i want the sweeter one.

The first ingredient is "unsweetened chocolate"  In the 86% bar the first ingredient is "bittersweet chocolate"  So, yes the 60% will be sweeter, but the 72% is not bitter.  I have tried 60, 72, and 86 and they are all smooth.  But, if what you are after is sweet, then go for the 60%....
