Is any part metal or is it all 100% plastic?

It’s been a while since we bought them but I think they were 100% plastic.

How many colors of the rings included in the package?

I believe there are several of each color.

Can they stretch to fit adult women's fingers? Like even just pinky finger?

I am an adult size 7 ring finger and my packer is a size 9, and the rings fit both of us. They are plastic with a split in the back, so they have some flexibility. Thank you for asking. Cindy / The Goody Bag

Do these fit adults? I wear size 13

They have a split back but I don't think they will fit an adult size above 7.
