PB Worthy!
Took these for the first time during Manchester Marathon 2026 and they certainly helped me get a PB and not cramp up on the day. Highly recommend! Taste is good as well, swigged with a bit of water at every water station!

Wow, these have been amazing while running in the heat this summer. I was getting about 30 minutes into a run on warm days and hitting the wall despite plenty of water stops along the way. Chewing on two of these at about the 20-25 minute mark has eliminated that entirely and I even ran a 10km PB the first time I tried these.
