Wow,wow, and wow. So many benefits to NADH. First and foremost I lost weight, On a cellular level it burns fat, and protein while nourishing your brain with it, :) making you also smarter. Cleans up blood vessels, controls high blood pressure, fixes and repairs your DNA, including telomeres that decide your life span, officially proven to be able to extend your life span 26%. Today I came from Audiology department - had a hearing test, and I was told that my hearing has bettered and improved. Doctors were shocked. NADH repairs hearing, too. Heard that other people who experienced hearing loss, had improvement after taking NADH. Highly recommended. You are literally harming and killing yourself if you are not taking NADH

I’m a woman in her 50’s post menopause and hypothyroidism. I don’t have a problem with energy ( probably because I take L-tyrosine)Having a hard time getting my weight down. This has helped me with focus, racing thoughts, and food cravings. I work out and run 3miles 2x’s a week. I take it in the evening and for me it clears my mind and makes me feel relaxed. Relaxed seems contradicting but it’s hard to chill if you’re mind is all over the place.

I'm used to taking regular sublingual NADH or ENADA NADH, but it's EXPENSIVE!!! This is NOT a sublingual, but it seems to work pretty well and it's quite a bit less expensive, so I'll either stick with it, or go without NADH! I had to become really familiar with supplements - I've had some pretty serious health issues for about 30 years, and western medicine has utterly failed at helping. I've had to find things that would help me the most. I use a combination of Ayurvedic medicine, herbs, amino acids, whey protein, and vitamins. This supplement, for me, has helped me with fatigue. So I will continue to take it because anything that helps the fatigue is a good thing. There's nothing worse than being 50ish, and feeling like you're 80! This formulation of NADH also contains ribose - which I would take anyway, and although the dose is small, and the NADH is not sublingual - which is not the way I would normally prefer to take it. This is affordable, and seems to help somewhat, so it's better than paying way too much and agonizing over sublingual NADH, or taking a lesser dose of NADH and not being satisfied with that. I take supplements for a host of autoimmune disorders where I need a boost to my mitochondrial energy. I've tried to add them in gradually ... one at a time so I can tell if they help or not. I know some people would prefer to take NADH sublingually - generally I would as well, but I haven't found it it to be an issue with this particular supplement. Since it's a capsule, I open it up and put it in a very small amount of water stir, and drink, and I haven't had any issues what so ever. I would recommend for those who would supplement with these two supplements, or people who need a subtle boost in energy - not a miracle - works over a period of time - approximately 3 months to really tell whether it's helping.

Don’t notice any difference no matter what the “experts” say.

I have had chronic fatigue syndrome 20 plus years. I have two studies published concerning fibromyalgia which also causes fatigue with my friends who are PHD's and professors. I am still lay person working towards my degree. anyhow I have tried every kind of vitamin and supplement on market. I still take most but as far as fatigue this supplement is proven by Georgetown University in a study to help. it does. although its not a cure and certainly not a amphetamine which would really deliver energy, but try to get some!!! it helps a little. its better than nothing. I take this along with coQ10 400 mg and the combo helps me. you should see your doctor first and tell them what you are taking to help stop possibly bad drug interactions first. good luck and good health to all.
