Review of lemon flavor
I ordered the lemon. The taste was too strong for me so I use a half scoop in 16;oz water and add some lemon juice. Now tastes great. Not sure about effectiveness only have been using two days

Solid Intra workout drink
I really haven’t tried a Ghost product I haven’t been a fan of. I use these as an intra workout drink, and think it helps get through a good workout. All the flavors I’ve tried have been fantastic, but I think the lemon crush is definitely a favorite. I mix with more than the labeled amount of water, but find it still to have a strong delicious taste.
