I was a bit of a skeptic when I order based on the price but this exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfect fit, no adjustments needed. The only small gripe I have is they included the 3 bolts but no nuts, quick trip to the hardware store to buy nylon lock nuts and problem solved. No big deal but they should include them.

Fit well. Came with some cheesy bolts and no nuts. Did have one washer, for some reason. Had to make a quick trip to the hardware store. Was easily installed and is what is advertised.

Easy installation, all the bolts were included. Great value for the price.

After having an close encounter with a concrete post on right side of bike, crash bar did it's thing and kept bike from being trashed.Engine guard came in time specified and in good order. Installing was a bit harder than first guard put on bike. After researching frame types, this guard works with a FL softail and should work on mine, which is an FXSTI softail. It comes close to fitting, but not quite. I don't know if the two frames are different or the engine guard was not welded together on spec. Lower brackets touch frame and didn't allow guard to swing up to the proper position to bolt in place. Had to bolt lower brackets in first and snug them close before bolting upper mount. I used tug straps on both sides to pull top part of guard in place. The top plate on guard interferes with frame and put an 1/4" spacer to gain clearance. Other than that, guard is in place and looks great. I give "this" installation a moderately hard to difficult Star

I got the item I ordered but, the bolts came with it WITHOUT THE NUTS to bolt it on..
