how much does it weigh?

It's quite light. It is a plastic sword inside a plastic sheath. It is a rather nice set. Worked well for my pirate costume.

Does it connect to a belt?

it has a stud so you can slip it in between your belt and pants so it does not fall. I would suggest getting a sword belt to go with it

How long are they? What kind of plastic-stiff and solid or bendy and squishy?

This sword is 30" long and is stiff plastic.

Very durable. Will not disappoint.
