I’ve only been using these a couple of days so can’t really comment on their effects sleep wise etc but I do appear to be very allergic to them. I’ve woken up two days in a row looking like I’ve had lip filler and been in a boxing match. Doubtful it’s product specific but worth noting it is a possibility to be allergic

I've tried plenty of magnesium suppliments over the years, but this stands out as superb. I take twice daily, my second one just before bed and I find it calms my mind and aids a restful sleep.
