Excellent qualityI used only one or two caps to get max flavor.Great for vegan smoked flavor on tofu, rice, sauces..Great for Mets as well to enhance like in chiles, sauces..Highly recommend.

This was a hard one for me to decide on. I use this brand of liquid smoke for jerky. It is my go to and I like the mesquite best but the hickory is also very tasty. I was nervous about ordering these since others mentioned the bottles arrived damaged and leaking. Liquid smoke is no joke and when it makes a mess it is VERY difficult to clean and get rid of the smell. But the value and availability here was something I couldn't ignore and so I gave it a shot. The package arrived just fine and all three bottles were very well bubble wrapped. There were no leaks. I will repeat this order again but will order just these in an order just in case these do end up leaking. I wouldn't want to ruin any other items in the order.

I read the reviews and was a bit worried about the spill that most spoke about. I opened the box and was pleased by the amount of packaging involved. However, I could smell the smoke. Uh oh. I carefully unwrapped the bottles. Only one leaked a tiny bit on the bubble wrap - the mesquite. Keep in mind the picture was up close to get an idea of how much. The actual area - well I could sit one of these bottles upright and cover it all easily. The paper towel picture is the amount I wiped off the mesquite botttle. It is a paper towel I got from Taco Bell for reference. So the amount I lost was very tiny. I also included a picture of the top of the mesquite bottle so you can see it is sealed.So, the leaking doesn't seem to be due to Amazon packaging. It does seem Wrights has taking what I would consider normal procedures on preventing leaking. All 3 bottles were on their sides and outside was freezing rain. I did check to see if the lids were on tight or could they be moved underneath the safety seal. Well, only the mesquite was not on as tightly as the other 2. So, I guess that resolves that. It was just loose enough to leak a little.I haven't tried cooking with them yet. However, I can say the smell from that tiny bit of leakage - it brought back many childhood memories of cookouts and smokers using mesquite. I was tempted to smell my clothes because that smoke lingered. So,I am going to say I am going to be super pleased by these bottles when I cook with them. The smell lingers even after being exposed to open air. It's not overpowering, but it is there. I'll try to post more when I use them.

Glass bottles, all three! That was my main goal and the ingredients are ok generic "natural" listings but better than anything anywhere else that I've seen so far.

Use this in my salmon brine for cold smoke. All the bottles came broke except for one. Barely any wrapping paper was used in box.

My order arrived on time as promised. The product gives a true smoked effect when I do not have time to start my charcoal cooker.

I ordered this with one delivery as I just purchased the pork roast. I wanted to cook. It came a day late . Review after review says that the product leaked in transit, even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. Exactly my experience. I’ve always purchased the single bottle at Safeway, but couldn’t find it anywhere the other day and turned to Amazon where I had to order three bottles. There was no leakage in the actual box, but quite a bit of leakage inside the plastic. Each bottle had normal plastic seal around the top, but when I took those off, one for sure, was not actually screwed on tight. If you’ve ever bought this before, you know how strong the smell is! I’ve now had to put them in Ziploc bags to put in my cupboard to try to mitigate the smell. Wish I could’ve bought just one and wish they hadn’t leaked. At least the bottles were still full. They’re kind of similar so I couldn’t tell which bottle leaked but I do remember one top not being on super tight. At least it didn’t leak into the box. I had never seen the applewood version which seems quite a bit more mild, and a touch of sweetness. I kind of combined to cook in my instant pot with my pulled pork. Now that I have three bottles, I will have to find more uses for it. Overall, this is the brand I like, but I would continue to hunt locally next time.

Always use Liquid Smoke this set is perfect so you can try different flavors I soak my meat and then I cook it indoors in an air fryer amazing stuff
