I was skeptical at first, but I gave it a try. I don’t use it for sit ups as pictured, I use it while laying in bed and it does seem to stretch and relieve my chronic back pain. It’s designed to fit the curvature of your spine and relieves your body from having to support that area. Good purchase compared to expensive alternatives.

This is a purchase tik tok made me do lol but it was definitely wort it! It does hurt the first time but you have to adjust it & then it feels great!

I got this specifically with my daughter in mind. She constantly has back cracks and I thought she’d enjoy the stretch. We appreciate the multiple settings allowing for different stretches. Easy to change between settings.

Sturdy but user said the ease of use is difficult. Probably the more use the better the feel to the back. A little awkward to use.
