The media could not be loaded. It's easy to use. Fully functions. Just need a 5V, 2A charger to support the highest speed.

The only problem with it. It does cool like they say it would.

Doesn't meet expectations!
Not impressed! It turns off when you try to turn on the spray with the fan on high. What good is the fan on low (barely moving the air) and you can't make it spray. When you try the highest fan option and turn on the spray feature, it goes to display an error and turns off.Noise level is ok, but the fan is not portable because you have to keep it plugged in at all times. So why does it even have a handle? And it doesn't come with a remote.

Save your money
If you are looking for low power fan with a low mist out put. This portable air conditioner is for you. In all honestly just use a humidifier ( if you have one) and a fan and it will work just has well if not better.

Very, very low power fan
Certainly should not be marketed as a portable A/C, it is barely a fan even on the highest settings.
