Salmon, Wild-Caught, but source? Alaskan?

EPIC Salmon is 100% wild-caught (line caught) in the Bristol Bay of Alaska. The salmon eat whatever is available to them in the ocean (typically plankton, krill, other small fish). The salmon is Marine Stewardship Council Certified.

salmon description says "filet" but the product photo and a custome photo makes it appear to be processed - which is it, please?

You're correct that the word "filet" is a bit of a misnomer. It is indeed a molded, processed strip. I will say, though, that the salmon is my favorite one of the "strips." Very, very tasty.

Is this high in vitamin B-12?

I do not know the answer to that but I do know they are delicious! Yiu could probably contact the maker and ask them.

What happened to maple syrup ingredient? Now maple sugar?

Maple sugar is the dehydrated form of maple syrup. When all the H2O is boiled away from maple sap, the remains are completely dry, and are called Maple Sugar. If you live in an area where maple trees grow, you have probably seen it sold at Farmers Markets either in the Maple leaf shape, or in the shaker can of maple sugar. Maple sugar as exactly the same flavor as maple syrup, because they both come from dehydrating maple sap. Chemically they are the same thing, Except for all the H2O is removed from the maple sugar. These salmon strips do have a nice, mild maple flavor, and we enjoy them regularly. 👍🏽
