Is this easy storage? How are tiles placed?

Very easy storage. Tile trays will fit in the zippered case or you may dump your tiles in the enclosure if you prefer.This is the standard size version which will hold a full set of tiles or 4 standard racks or 4 pusher racks. If a larger size is desired there is a new large size available if your case can fit it.

Will my 4 wooden racks 10 inches long fit?

I have four plastic racks, with pushers on them, and they fit with room to spare. If you can nest your wooden racks, I'd say yes. The depth is about 2.5".

My set is 82 extra large tiles. Will they fit in this bag?

My set is 152 standard size American style tiles and the fit perfectly, with room for more. So I would think yours would fit.

I would like to buy this case for 2 of my Siamese racks, measurements together are 17.2” long x 4.6” wide x 1.3/4 high these measurements are nested

Sorry, but I don't know what Siamese racks look like. I have the regular plastic (new version) that you can order on various mahjongg supply sites. I really like my cases! Each holds 2 racks and, although the plastic is stiff at first, it softens up and the racks fit nicely and easily. Good luck!
